Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Location: Harlow, Essex

Due to recent company expansion, a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor in the South East. Candidates must demonstrate strong hands‐on experience and robust industry technical knowledge. The company is a multi‑disciplined outfit that offers further development and cross‑training opportunities. You will be working across commercial, industrial and public sector client sites. Experience / Qualifications

• Must hold the BOHS P402 or an RSPH equivalent
• Proven track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Will have worked within a UKAS accredited company
• Working knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines
• Professional manner
• Strong literacy and IT skills

We are also interested in candidates with p401/p402/p403/p404 or s301 CCP.

The Role

• Undertake management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
• Collect ACM samples from sites
• Transport samples to the laboratory for analysis
• Conduct re‑inspection surveys
• Produce detailed technical reports, including schematic drawings
• Meet with clients to provide survey results and technical advice
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Work to agreed deadlines
