I have a brilliant UKAS accredited company that has a Midlands office which has taken on a cluster of new and exciting Commercial Projects that you could be a part of! The company I am working with has been in the Environmental Industry for 30 years and became limited in 2007. Now the commercial sites you will be working on as an Asbestos Analyst will be for a wide variety of Blue‑Chip Environmental and Industrial organisations, property development, local authorities, and management consultants to name a few.

The successful Asbestos Analyst will possess:

• BOHS P403 + P404/RSPH3 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience
• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and HSG248 "The analyst guide" in relation to asbestos
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to work under their own initiative and as part of a team

Key Duties as an Asbestos Analyst:

• Having strong verbal communication skills to build and maintain working relationships with the company's list of clients.
• Work alongside all internal staff to create a network of resourceful minds.
• Confidently carry out all four stages from a clearance, background, smoke, visual, re‑occupation, personal air testing and leak reassurance.
• Put together accurate asbestos reports from collated data.
