A regional educational institution in Manchester seeks an enthusiastic Art Technician for a part-time role at Chorlton High School. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Art Technician to join our fantastic team at Chorlton High School.
This is a permanent part time post working 2 days/14 hours per week 8am-3.30pm, working days to be agreed, term time only plus three weeks. The pro rata starting salary is £9,109 per annum, full-time equivalent is £25,185 Grade 3.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Art Technician to join our creative team on a part-time basis. Working under the direction of teaching and senior staff, the successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support to the Art department, helping to create an inspiring, safe, and well-resourced learning environment for our students.
This role plays a key part in supporting students to become creative, confident, and successful learners, while contributing positively to the wider life and ethos of the school.
To work collaboratively with teaching and associate staff to support students in becoming creative, happy, and successful learners. Under the direction of senior staff, the postholder will provide technical support within the Art department, including the preparation, maintenance, and safe use of resources and equipment, making a positive contribution to the effective delivery of the curriculum and the wider work of the school.
