Affinity Workforce Solutions are currently looking for a passionate and creative Art Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, starting in February at a school in Devizes. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and nurture their artistic talents while contributing to their academic and personal development.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons, tailored to the national curriculum and student needs.
  • Support students' progress and encourage creativity and self-expression.
  • Foster a learning environment that inspires artistic achievement and confidence.
  • Monitor and evaluate assessment and feedback in line with school policy.
  • Maintain discipline and promote high standards of behaviour and work.
  • Use classroom resources effectively to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Track student attainment and progress using departmental systems.
  • Provide constructive written and verbal feedback to support student growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience teaching Art across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
  • A valid teaching qualification and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A belief that all students can make outstanding progress.
  • A proactive, inspiring attitude and commitment to raising attainment.
