?Location: London – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

My client is an award-winning advertising agency who are looking to bring in a talented Art Director to help lead the creative campaigns, integrated advertising, and culturally driven content.

As an Art Director, you’ll partner with copywriters, designers, and strategists to craft visually striking campaigns across digital, print, social and film. You’ll take the creative lead from pitch to final delivery, shaping everything from mood boards and storyboards to polished client presentations and rollouts. You’ll be trusted to own the visual direction of projects while leading creatives around you.

The ideal candidate will come with the following experience:

• 5+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in a creative lead role.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and other supporting tools

• A strong portfolio showing campaign thinking, art direction, and visual craft

• Have a strong understanding of design systems and campaign execution across platforms.

• Desirable experience having worked with B2B and B2C

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

The role is based in Central London and offers a flexible hybrid working style with 3 days in the office & 2 days from home.

The starting salary for this role is £50,000 to £60,000, depending on relevant experience and background.
