A leading healthcare institution in Camden Town is seeking an Arts Coordinator for a three-year fixed-term position. The role involves planning and delivering arts events, coordinating daily activities, and supporting visiting artists. Applicants should have experience in arts facilitation and strong communication skills. The organization is committed to diversity and inclusion, encouraging applications from diverse backgrounds.
Are you passionate about the arts and interested in facilitating access to them in a unique healthcare setting? Do you believe that art has the potential to transform the experience of children and their families in hospital? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the GOSH Arts team as an Arts Coordinator on a three-year fixed-term post. GOSH Arts' live arts programme, art collection and temporary displays inspire creativity, create welcoming environments, and offer meaningful and innovative cultural opportunities for communities both in and around the hospital. Our work aims to enhance the hospital experience by engaging with visiting artists and developing art in collaboration with our community.
We are committed to making our workforce diverse and inclusive. We encourage applications from underrepresented groups, including people with Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic heritage, people with a disability, and people from LGBTQ+ communities. By growing a more diverse workforce, we can bring a greater range of perspectives and knowledge to benefit the children and young people at our hospital.
Our hospital is open and inclusive. Staff are encouraged to engage with networks such as REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage), ENABLED (Enhancing Abilities & Leveraging Disabilities Network), PRIDE and Women’s networks; all of which are sponsored by a member of our Executive Management Team. We want to ensure that all of our people, regardless of background, are seen and heard.
