A leading supplier of building envelope products is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Northern England. This role requires a strong knowledge of the construction supply chain and focuses on developing customer relationships and maximizing sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a sales track record in the Builders Merchant sector and excellent communication skills. The package includes a competitive salary up to £45k, OTE of £85k, company car or mileage allowance, and additional benefits.

Reporting to: Sales Director
Working with the stakeholders in the business and the wider market, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key customers including Specialist Distributors, National Builders Merchants and Independent Merchants, maximising sales through new business growth and margin enhancement.
In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong knowledge of the construction supply chain, experience in managing your own geographical area and the ability to work as part of a dedicated field-based team.

Up to £45k basic DOE, with exceptional rewards package with OTE of £85k
