Job Title
  • Sales Engineer / Technical Sales / Sales & Service Engineer (flexible)

Duties
  • Develop new business across UK & Ireland

  • Manage and grow Lexus existing accounts

  • Sell filtration bags (dry & wet filtration)

  • Support and grow service work:

    • Installation & removal of filter bags

    • On-site service projects (cement, pharma, food sectors)

  • Work closely with internal service teams

Reporting Line
  • Reports directly into Managing Director (Tim Barber)

Top Requirements
  • Engineering background or technical understanding

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and commercially minded

  • Willing to travel extensively and work autonomously

Experience Level
  • Does NOT need to be highly experienced

Location & Working Pattern
  • Location: Anywhere in the UK

    Office: Barry (Wales)
  • Office attendance:

    • Ad hoc only (historically ~1 day per month)

  • Fully remote role with national coverage

Sales / Service Split
  • Majority of time on the road

  • No fixed territories (UK-wide responsibility)

  • Service work supports and feeds sales pipeline

Service / Compliance
  • Safety desf qualifications:

    • Not essential

    • Beneficial if trained (or willing to train)

  • All service work is external

  • Door-to-door pay confirmed

  • Company provides:

    • Vans / vehicles

    • Tools and equipment

    • Safety training where required

Package & Salary
  • Salary range: £30,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

  • Vehicle provided (car or van depending on role)
