Area Sales Manager – Building Construction Materials

Area: Kent, Surrey, Sussex and South London

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Construction Products

This is a field-based sales role selling a high-quality range of manufactured construction materials used in construction projects / builds.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and managing relationships with specialist sub-contractors and distribution partners
• Driving demand with end users and sub-contractors, promoting product benefits and creating pull-through sales
• Working closely with distribution partners to secure orders and deliver profitable growth
• Managing projects with order values typically ranging from £2,000 to £1 million depending on size and scope
• Contributing to a high-performing sales team currently exceeding budget expectations
