A leading manufacturer of plumbing products is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the North West and Yorkshire regions. This role is focused on managing and developing relationships with independent plumbing and heating merchants, ensuring sustained growth in an established territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales management within the plumbing or heating sectors and be motivated by long-term career development. A competitive salary of up to £46,000, uncapped commission, and other benefits are offered.
Territory: North West / Yorkshire (M62 corridor)

80% account management / 20% business development
Managing and developing relationships with plumbing & heating merchants (independents) at branch level as well as UKPS and Huws Gray at the branch level.
Working with KBB retailers, distributors, and plumbing & heating merchants.
Building and maintaining branch relationships with UKPS and Huws Gray.
Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager within the plumbing, heating, or KBB sector – it is essential you have managed relationships with UKPS or Huws Gray.
Strong track record managing plumbing & heating merchants.
Comfortable in a relationship‑led, account‑management‑focused Area Sales Manager role.
Commercially astute, organised, and self‑motivated.
Looking for stability, progression, and long‑term career development.
