A leading energy company is seeking an Area Manager in the Essex region to oversee 20-25 stores and lead a team of 500 employees. In this role, you will drive operational performance, champion change, and deliver exceptional customer service. The position involves extensive travel across East Anglia, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-site retail leadership and be passionate about driving results. A full, clean driving licence is required.

We're looking for an Area Manager covering the Essex region to lead portfolios of 20-25 company-owned stores across each patch and overseeing a team of ~500 dedicated colleagues. You'll play a critical role in our UK retail operations, owning the delivery of people, customer, financial, and operational performance within your region – all while being a champion for change, growth, and exceptional customer service.

This role requires extensive travel across East Anglia. You must be based within this area which specifically covers a patch from Huntingdon to Colchester and up into Norwich.
