Qualifications

• Prior background as a tradesperson (multi-trade, carpentry, maintenance, or similar).
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and construction methods.
• Ability to manage your own schedule across the South West & Wales.

Responsibilities

• Surveying and inspecting property defects and maintenance requirements.
• Producing accurate estimates and quotes based on real-world trade knowledge.
• Liaising with clients, landlords, agents and internal teams.

Skills

Strong understanding of building maintenance and construction methods

Ability to diagnose issues on site

Confident communicator

Good organisational skills
