We are looking for an Area Housing Manager to join our Housing team here at Southern Housing. You’ll manage a team providing an effective and efficient housing management service to residents.
This is a permanent, hybrid role (minimum 2 days in office) based at our Courtyard office in Newport, Isle of Wight.

As an Area Housing Manager, you’ll manage a team to provide an effective and efficient housing management service to residents. The team manages stock dispersed across the Isle of Wight. You’ll be the Custodian of Place, embedding the model and ensuring your team meet the regulatory standards with regards to Housing Management, good practice, policies and procedures. You’ll be a role model and lead your team to be professional, empathetic, polite, courteous, and hard working as well as proactively resolving issues when they find them, in a safe and efficient manner. You’ll drive a performance culture on continuous improvement, accountability and personal responsibility and manage team performance to consistently meet KPIs.
