Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop store teams across five locations
  • Support and challenge Store Managers to deliver commercial results
  • Drive sales across B2C retail, ecommerce, and local B2B/trade customers
  • Improve conversion, average order value, and customer experience
  • Maintain consistent store standards, compliance, and presentation
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews
  • Support new store openings and business growth

About you

  • Proven experience in an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or multi-site retail role
  • Strong people leadership and sales management capability
  • Commercial, hands-on, and results-driven
