Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in an architectural practice.
• CIAT accreditation would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and standards.
• Contribute to BIM workflows and model management using Revit.
• Assist with planning, tender and construction documentation.

Hours

Full‑time Monday to Friday (with hybrid working 3 days in 2 days working from home)

Duties
