Job summary

A well-known architecture consultancy in Bristol is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their team. You will be responsible for Designer Risk Assessments and coordinating design information, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of UK experience, proficiency in Revit and NBS writing, and be comfortable running project stages. The role offers hybrid working, a 37-hour week, 25 days of holiday, and a variety of benefits including healthcare and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

Job description

This 'multi award' architecture and building consultancy who have a 'national presence' are going into 2026 with a great 'forecasting of projects'. They are an excellent employer who have 50 members of staff at the established Bristol studio which they are now looking to 'add to' by bringing in an Architectural Technologist.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out Designer Risk Assessments (CDM)
  • Co‑ordinate with other consultants/colleagues, disseminate information to team members and negotiate with statutory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements
  • Co‑ordinate detailed design information
  • Liaise with and produce documentation for statutory and local approval authorities
  • Use latest Revit Level 2 BIM processes
  • Able to provide COBie data

To be considered for this unique opportunity you must have 5 years (or more) of UK Experience along with showing the capability of running production information stages of projects. You will be comfortable with NBS writing and REVIT.
