This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy who offer a wide range of services to large scale residential and commercial projects. They are on the lookout for an Experienced Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team based in Bolton.

Duties

• Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
• Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects

Requirements

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit
• CIAT qualified
• Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bolton area
