Overview

A prestigious and award winning, top AJ100, Central London based practice is looking for Architects. The practice specialises in large scale residential projects, from high density urban developments to large new settlement masterplans. They produce very well considered and elegant schemes.

Roles
  • High-density urban schemes (typically 100 to 500 units); these roles may also include Build to Rent (BTR) and student accommodation.
  • New suburban neighbourhoods and masterplanning (circa 100 to 200 dwellings).
Responsibilities
  • Work from RIBA Workstages 0 - 3, contributing to design development and documentation.
  • Apply strong design skills and vision to project work.
  • Incorporate community engagement to inform the final design.
Qualifications and experience
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion and Enscape would be advantageous.
  • Relevant project experience.
  • Newly qualified Architect to around three to five years post Part III qualification would be a good fit.
