Responsibilities
  • Lead projects through RIBA Stages 1-6
  • Develop initial design concepts into detailed technical packages
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, and deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction standards
  • Use Revit daily as a primary design and documentation tool
Ideal Candidate
  • ARB registered (essential)
  • Previous experience in a UK architectural practice
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Ability to balance multiple project demands with confidence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
