Overview

We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Architect to join our collaborative team in London.

You'll be part of an award-winning practice that works on a wide range of high-quality commercial and residential projects, as well as masterplanning schemes across London and the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in projects from concept to design development, with a focus on creating sustainable and well-designed communities.

If you have at least 3 years of post-Part 3 experience and strong design skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the day-to-day management of projects.
  • Coordinate projects day-to-day.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
  • Driving projects forward
  • Work closely with Project Directors and Associates.
Skills
  • 3+ years demonstrable record in the design development of commercial projects
  • A natural team player with a strong collaborative approach to design.
  • Confident in client-facing environments and skilled in stakeholder/public engagement.
  • Ability to manage internal teams and coordinate external consultants effectively across multiple projects.
  • Capable of managing all project aspects, from strategic oversight to 3D modelling, sketching, and compiling compelling reports/presentations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid experience preparing outline and detailed planning applications within the UK, including the preparation of design codes.
  • A keen interest in sustainability and emerging trends in residential design.
  • High proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
