Job description

Simple Recruitment are looking for an Arborist for a temporary to permanent opportunity with our client based in Radstock.

£14.59 to £17.47 per hour - Dependant on experience Enhanced rate provided on weekends/bank holidays

Location

Radstock

Hours

Monday to Thursday – 7.30am to 3.30pm
Friday – 7.30am to 3.00pm
Weekend/evening work may be required when assigned on emergency call out rota

The Job:

• You will be required to carry out various arboriculture tasks, including the cutting down and removal of deceased or diseased trees, while ensuring all correct health and safety procedures are followed.
• You will be required to follow instructions set by the direct Tree Officer.
• The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, and a degree of flexibility is required due to the nature of the role, including participation in an emergency call-out rota when required.
• You will be expected to engage with customers and contractors in a polite and respectful manner at all times.
