A dedicated training provider in the UK is seeking a Safeguarding Support Officer to deliver apprenticeship programmes. The role includes managing apprentices, conducting reviews, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards. Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum (pro rata) + wellbeing cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Lift Schools Apprenticeships is a fast-growing training provider dedicated exclusively to supporting schools and Multi‑Academy Trusts. We deliver Level 2 to Level 5 apprenticeship programmes that strengthen the education workforce and support the long‑term success of schools across the UK.
Rooted in education and guided by our ethos "By MATs, for MATs", we work in close partnership with over 20 organisations nationwide. Drawing on the collective experience of more than 59 schools, our programmes are practical, relevant and designed to have an immediate impact in real school settings.
You will deliver the Safeguarding Support Officer apprenticeship, with opportunities to support Teaching Assistant or Business programmes, depending on qualifications and experience.
The role involves delivering the full apprenticeship journey, including induction, planning, teaching, learning and assessment. You will conduct 10‑weekly tripartite reviews, monitor learner progress through the e‑portfolio system, and support apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for End Point Assessment and timely achievement.
There are expected opportunities to move onto a permanent contract during the year.
