This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into our Coventry head office. Our working model arrangements are a non‑contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

We have a dedicated professional services team that works closely with learners, client partners and colleagues within the department, to make sure our apprenticeship programmes run smoothly and meet the highest standards.
Our Programme Support Officers are central to this. They handle the detail that keeps programmes on track: from managing learner queries and complaints to preparing accurate data packs for employers and supporting quality checks on teaching materials. It’s a role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, staying organised under pressure, and communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.

We are currently recruiting an Apprenticeship Programme Support Officer to join our Corporate Learning team here at Arden.
This is a varied role supporting the academic administration of higher apprenticeships. You’ll provide direct learner support through our Apprentice Support team mailbox on a rotational basis, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and professionally. You’ll also handle a caseload of complaints and prepare data packs on learner progress, organised by employer, for sharing with client partners via our Partnership Managers. In addition, you’ll take on wider responsibilities that contribute to programme quality and help enhance the overall learner experience.
