Salary : £37,310 + Vehicle. Working Hours : Mon to Fri 37 hours per week.

Overview

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Coach (Electronics) permanent basis due to growth to cover the South West of the UK. This position is also fully remote working from home but with frequent travel to Salisbury. As an Apprenticeship Coach – Electronics Technician, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The Apprenticeship Coach delivers workplace-based learning, coaching, and assessment to help apprentices complete their programmes successfully and meet industry, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Support, motivate, and coach apprentices to complete their programmes successfully.
  • Deliver workplace-based learning, coaching, and assessment to meet industry, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
  • Ensure you are delivering against your Key Performance Indicators, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing all required documentation.
  • Achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
