A leading UK university is seeking a dedicated Coach to empower apprentices on their educational journey. The role includes guiding learners through their degree apprenticeship, monitoring progress, and providing tailored support to ensure success. The position primarily operates on a remote basis, with minimal travel required. Ideal candidates should have strong coaching skills and demonstrate an understanding of apprenticeship compliance. This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into our Coventry head office.
Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

We have a large and growing team of Apprenticeship Coaches which are allowing our apprentices to access the learning they need more flexibly.
Our Apprenticeship Coaches provide incredible value by equipping our graduates with the employability skills they need for success, supported by degree and industry‑recognised qualifications and accreditations.
All our programmes are accredited by at least one leading industry body and include multiple qualifications upon successful completion.
The Coach plays a vital role in guiding and supporting apprentices throughout their degree apprenticeship journey at Arden.
Your primary focus will be to empower learners as they develop the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for success.
You will be assigned a group of candidates for the duration of their programme and will be responsible for monitoring and supporting their progress through to successful completion of the End Point Assessment (EPA).
Drawing on your coaching expertise, you will provide detailed feedback, set meaningful actions, and offer regular, tailored guidance to help each learner stay on track and achieve their goals.
