Responsibilities

• Provide tenancy reports to surveyors and clients.
• Assist with compliance and due diligence tasks.
• Review property documentation such as leases.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets.
• Interact with occupiers and landlords.
• Assist surveyors to review lease related charges.
• Prepare workflow instructions for new clients.
• Ensure accounts are up to date and invoices are raised.
• Assist in chasing debts owed to clients.
• Support service charge deadlines as per RICS code.
