As an Apprentice Operations Assistant based at West Bromwich, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer service on our Trade Counter
• Responsible for goods‑in and goods‑out
• General housekeeping of the Warehouse
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Answering customer enquiries on phone, face‑to‑face and email
• Making proactive outbound sales calls

You will be working towards a Trade Supplier level 2 qualification. This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
