As our new Apprentice IT Support Technician, you will be supported by experienced colleagues who will train you to provide technical assistance to our staff and pupils, maintain our equipment and support our infrastructure. Alongside this, we will support you as you study with Solveway Apprenticeships to gain your Level 3 IT qualification. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role suitable for someone who is proactive and reliable with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for a career in IT.
