A leading automotive company is offering an apprenticeship for a Customer Service Specialist in Tees Valley. This role includes rotating between sales and service teams, assisting customers, and participating in required training. Successful candidates will gain a Level 3 qualification and may secure a permanent position upon completion of the 15-18 month program.

Upon successful completion, you will attain a Level 3 qualification as a Customer Service Specialist.
The program spans a duration of 15-18 months.
Training will be conducted remotely through webinars and supplemented by occasional in-person visits to your workplace.
GCSE grades 9-4/A*-C or Functional Skills Level 2 in both Maths and English or equivalent.
If you do not have the required grades your application will not be considered.
