Job description

What will I be doing?

Your key responsibility is to providean effective, professional and accurate administration service to support the efficiency of the training team, being the first point of contact for internal training enquiries, resolving theseeffectively or escalating them as required. In addition to the communications and customer service element of the role, there will be monthly administrative tasks including:

  • Checking and reconciling training schedules within our learning management system.
  • Recording/analysing data in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Raising invoices,ensuring databases are kept up to date and that all documents are filed correctly.

What are the requirements?

  • Ideally you will have achieved GCSE Maths and English at grade C (4) or above.
  • You will need a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • You will need to be able to identify and suggest improvements to our administrative system.
  • Knowledge around Microsoft systems would be beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required due to a large stakeholder portfolio.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines.
  • A friendly and approachable manner is essential.
