Overview

Panic Transport are recruiting an Apprentice Accounts Assistant to join their team at their site in Rugby. Own transport is required.

Mon – Fri. 40 hours per week. National Minimum Wage, age relevant. Course: Finance/Accounts Assistant Level 2.

About the job

To maintain the accuracy and timely reporting on the sales ledger and the purchase ledger.

To ensure that the purchase invoice log is current and any outstanding unauthorised invoices are followed up with the authoriser.

To post and allocate customer remittances and receipts. Credit control administration. To perform bank reconciliation and supplier statement reconciliation.

Assist the Management Accountant with journal postings and reporting. Raising sales invoices.

Your knowledge and experience

Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Able to work to deadlines. Enthusiastic and good interpersonal skills. Maths & English GCSE grade ‘C’ or equivalent. Car licence.
