A leading insurance support company is looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join their growing Technology team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will manage application-related support and change requests in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and logging incidents with enterprise-level systems.
