What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary - Up to £38,620 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, support, and administration of key operational and back‑office systems. You'll act as the main point of contact for system queries, support business‑critical applications, and work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure our systems perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain core systems including CAFM, WMS, Time Track, Logicgate, and back‑office platforms.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and provide ongoing system administration.
  • Act as the interface between internal users and system providers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Carry out system testing ahead of upgrades or new functionality rollouts.
  • Support MI and wider business teams with automated and ad‑hoc reporting.
  • Manage user accounts and maintain access security policies.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to system users across the organisation.
  • Conduct data analysis, cleansing, and reporting as required.
  • Ensure systems are updated in line with business and client needs.
  • Help maintain the performance and reliability of business‑critical systems.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in system analytics and maintaining business applications.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, data cleansing, and data administration.
  • Experience with CAFM and WMS systems.
  • Familiarity with Finance, HR, H&S, and L&D back‑office systems.
