A leading MedTech firm in the UK is seeking an Application Support Technician to provide IT support and maintenance for their clients. This fully remote role requires at least 3 years of technical support experience, ideally in healthcare. Responsibilities include ensuring high customer service standards, assisting in product testing, and collaborating with internal teams. The offered package includes a salary of up to £40,000, a 10% annual bonus, shares options post-probation, and generous leave policies.
Our client is a global MedTech platform that leverages AI to quickly & efficiently assess patients in a range of clinical settings, care homes & hospitals. They have won multiple awards & experienced high levels of growth over recent years and, as such, are looking for an Application Support Technician to join their UK team.
Working closely with a range of clients and internal staff, the Application Support Technician will be responsible for delivering IT support and ongoing maintenance, whilst providing first-class customer service.
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the UK.
