Job description
What you will be doing

Deliver results for assigned annuity programs that directly impact revenue and contribution

Build reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to track annuity performance

Collaborate with IT and data teams to manage large data sets and improve data models

Support the adoption of best‑practice reporting across European operations

Contribute to the annuity strategy by providing key business insights

Engage in cross‑functional projects and explore new annuity opportunities

Support pan‑European annuity initiatives related to post‑sales revenues, margin growth, and installed base management

Drive improvements for Office Services by analysing unit performance, revenue, and contribution

Deliver detailed dashboards, KPIs, and reports that shape strategic decisions

Assist in data governance and optimisation for over 1.2 million devices in service

Work with diverse teams across 23 European subsidiaries and global function

You will ideally have

Degree‑level education

Strong Excel and Office skills

Proficiency in Power BI; knowledge of Cognos and Oracle ERP (SHARE) a plus

Experience in managing and analysing large datasets

High attention to detail and accuracy

An independent, curious mindset and eagerness to learn

Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
