We're looking for an Analytics Manager to lead a team driving network optimisation, resource planning, and strategic analytics across our UK operations. What you’ll do
  • Lead and inspire a team of analysts and planners, fostering growth, managing priorities, and driving accountability.
  • Own and optimise key processes and frameworks, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement cutting‑edge optimisation tools and techniques to drive efficiency and business impact.
  • Shape strategic priorities with managers, while empowering your team to define and execute specific analytics initiatives.
  • Act as a key stakeholder influencing multi‑million‑pound cost lines and decisions, translating analytics into actionable insights.
  • Enable cross‑site collaboration by embedding best practices and improving ways of working.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in analytics, optimisation, or network planning, ideally within logistics, retail, or consultancy.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and tooling (SQL essential; VBA, Python, R or similar desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Logical, structured, and proactive problem‑solver with attention to operational and strategic detail.
  • Experience designing and improving processes and frameworks, balancing operational delivery with strategic objectives.
