We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our Data Solutions team as a Sigma Computing Thought Leader. This role will combine technical expertise with strategic vision to drive the adoption and optimization of Sigma across our client base and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of visualizations that communicate complex data analyses to non-technical audiences, showcasing best practices and innovative approaches using tools such as Sigma.
• Establish and manage the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence, creating standards, guidelines, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Manage the analytics engineering and visualization lifecycle, including research, proof of concepts, architecture, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Generate visualizations that communicate complex data analyses to non-technical audiences.
• Partner with client stakeholders to foster the adoption of best data management practices.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in EMEA as well as in our global delivery centers (GDC).
• Support sales cycles by leading scoping discussions and building proof of concept solutions.
• Stay current with Business Intelligence tools and visualizations updates and industry trends, sharing knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sigma Computing with advanced proficiency in other tools such as Power BI, Looker, Omnitek.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar.
• Familiarity with Python and other programming languages used in data analysis.
• Understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Track record of successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
