is a purpose‑built Clean Stream plastics recycling facility based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. We focus on creating sustainable, high quality polymers ready for reuse in various industries, from recycled kerb‑side plastic waste. Our innovative approach helps reduce environmental impact by keeping plastics in use and supporting a circular economy. We operate with a relentless focus on providing high quality and consistency in both our recycled materials and services.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Analytical Lab Manager, to join small but innovative team of analytical chemists.

As our Analytical Lab Manager

You will lead the operational and technical quality performance of the analytical lab. You will be accountable for ensuring all processes from sample receipt through to results approval are delivered with accuracy, efficiency, and profitability, whilst maintaining the highest standards of service.

During a typical day you will
  • Build and lead a high performing team of Analytical Chemists.
  • Plan, organise, and control the daily activities of the lab, overseeing all lab processes.
  • Provide analytical and chemistry expertise to assist and lead with corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs.

Drive operational excellence and implement CI Initiatives.

Support the production and quality control teams with quality issues and customer complaints.

Support ground‑breaking research into recycled material in food use applications.

Provide the coaching mentoring and training necessary to support the ongoing personal and professional development of the analytical chemists.
