Overview
We are looking for an Analyst, Inventory & Replenishment - Online Operations to join our eCommerce Team on a 12-month contractual basis. This position will be based out of our Nottingham Warehouse and will require candidates to work on-site, 5-days a week for 3 months and then convert to a hybrid schedule for 2 days in the office and 3 days out of office.
Responsibilities
- Be the business lead and contact for all global online inventory management functions including but not limited to replenishment, FIFO management, physical counts, reporting and batch management.
- Track inventory health across all SKUs, leveraging data to develop accurate replenishment plans and maintain ideal stock levels for all online channels (Brand.com & TikTok Shop).
- Oversee inventory preparation, fulfilment and replenishment of new product launches (NPLs).
- Regularly interact with Online Operations and supply chain teams to exchange critical inventory data, communicate replenishment status and resolve stock-related issues.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with internal warehouse teams, third-party logistics providers and global replenishment stakeholders.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge in stock flow processes, Microsoft Excel-based reporting, and Dynamics 365/Salesforce integration with inventory functions.
- Manage key stock health indicators such as low stock alerts, OOS reports, and expired/damaged goods processing.
- Report directly to senior management within Online Operations and collaborate closely with the global supply chain and warehouse management teams.
- Mentor junior team members in day-to-day inventory management procedures and act as a point of contact for guidance on system processes, replenishment tracking, and issue escalation.
- Support reporting relationships by maintaining structured documentation, logs, and updates on replenishment plans, inventory KPIs and operational insights.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory/supply chain analysis, transportation or retail analysis is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Power Query, and OData connector integration.
- Strong experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analysing datasets.
- Prior experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce is a strong asset.
