Profile Summary

As part of the Analyst Team, the Analyst will bring a strong analytical mindset and experience in multimodal data analytics to provide insights that support pharmaceutical commercialization strategies.

The individual will need to work cross-functionally across internal teams and client accounts, conducting data analytics on our DXRX platform across client projects, understanding business requirements and generating analytics to support business decisions. The individual will help clients fully leverage Diaceutics products and the DXRX analytics platform, ensuring they achieve maximum value and actionable insights.

The role will leverage a multimodal data analytics approach, integrating claims, EHR, and laboratory datasets to identify and quantify trends in biomarker testing. This includes analyzing testing rates, biomarker positivity patterns, and therapy conversion rates to inform the commercialization strategy for precision medicines. The position will apply advanced analytics to uncover insights across multiple data streams, enabling segmentation and targeting strategies based on laboratory behaviors and physician testing practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work cross functionally as part of project teams to deliver client projects on time to the highest of quality.

Translate clients’ requirements into data strategies to deliver insights.

Query and wrangle data from DXRX database, using tools such as Knime and SQLcombining multiple data sources for advanced analytics.

Manage large amounts of complex healthcare data including Claims, EHR, and clinical data sources data.

Establish scalable, platform-based analytics workflows that transform multimodal data into intuitive visualizations and dashboards.

Translate complex rules and project requirements from internal and external stakeholders into technical specifications, including calculations, custom groups, parameters, filtering criteria, aggregations, etc.

Use SQL-based database queries and programming languages for analysis (e.g. R, Python, XML, Javascript).

Ensure input data is of high quality and is supplemented with industry insights and business knowledge to deliver clear and effective dashboards within a set deadline exceeding client expectations to secure repeat business.

Work collaboratively with other teams to support operational excellence, attain growth targets, and ensure the smooth running of the company.

Apply critical thinking and problem-solving methodologies to identify process improvements and ensure best-in-class operational performance.

Knowledge and Specialist Skills

Education – Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, computer science, informatics, mathematics, or a scientific field (an additional PhD, MSc or MBA degree preferred).

Experience – Minimum 3 years:

  • Experience of working with healthcare data (experience with US claims data preferred) to support pharmaceutical companies, including data analytics, such as segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience in relational database querying using SQL and data wrangling using tools such as knime to manage large amounts of complex data.
  • Experience in Healthcare, medical device or in vitro diagnostics and or consulting is desired.
  • Computer and software Knowledge and Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, skilled user Excel and Powerpoint.
