Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working within the NHS.

Responsibilities

• Perform medication histories and reconciliation.
• Dispense and manage patient medications.
• Assist in patient counselling related to pharmacy services.

Skills

Experience of undertaking medication histories

GPhC Registered

NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy services

Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician qualification

Experience using hospital dispensing systems

2 years NHS experience
