Our client is looking for an Amazon Account Manager with proven 1P Vendor Central experience, a sharp analytical mindset and the confidence to turn complex data into smart commercial decisions. One to One Personnel is proud to partner with a leading name in the industry and are currently seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager who has previous experience working within Amazon in a similar role. You must be highly experienced, organised and detail oriented.

To be considered A minimum of 2 / 3+ years previous experience managing an Amazon account, ideally within a 1P Vendor Central environment. High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and you must have a minimum of 3 years’ UK based work experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the full product catalogue through Vendor Central, ensuring accurate content correct categorisation, and compliance with Amazon’s requirements.
  • Optimise listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and imagery for both new and existing products to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure smooth order flow, assisting with operational issues if required.
  • Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimisation of the Brand Store, delivering cohesive seasonal updates and ensuring consistent brand presentation.
  • Monitor sales, stock levels, availability, and overall account health. Identify issues or blockers and collaborate with both internal and external teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Partner with the Advertising Agency to develop and implement advertising campaigns and track performance, ensuring activity is aligned with Brand goals.
  • Produce weekly performance reports highlighting key metrics. Provide actionable insights that support growth, efficiency and strategic decision making.
  • Primary KPIs: Improve % of catalogue readiness; Increase conversion rate; Drive top line sales growth
