Aviation recruitment experts Optime Group are excited to be recruiting for an Allocator to join a major aircraft cleaning operation at Bristol Airport.
This is a key night-shift operational role, responsible for the effective allocation of people, equipment and facilities to ensure aircraft cleaning services are delivered on time, to standard, and in line with live flight schedules.
What’s on offer:
Rate of Pay:
Hourly £13.54 per hour
Shifts: Night Shift (18:45 – 06:45)
Shift pattern: 4 nights on / 4 nights off
Full site training and onboarding provided
Permanent Hire
ASAP
Ability to work night shifts with flexibility where required
Full UK manual driving licence is essential
Previous experience in aviation operations, resource allocation, shift management or planning is desirable
Strong analytical skills with the ability to react quickly under pressure
Excellent communication skills
IT literate with strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and experience using real-time allocation tools
Must be over 18 and have the Right to Work in the UK
As this is an airport-based role, successful candidates must pass security checks in line with CAA regulations, including:
5-year checkable work history
Criminal record check with no disqualifying convictions
