Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate records and processing applications.
  • Conducting interviews and visits with applicants.
  • Collaborate with social services to facilitate support for applicants.
  • Manage the housing allocation process from application to sign-up.
  • Ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to applicants.
  • Monitor and evaluate housing allocation programs.
