Job summary

This role involves managing incidents, troubleshooting Airtable, and implementing new features. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of hands-on experience with Airtable, including design, development, and automation. The position offers competitive compensation and requires 3 days per week onsite in Battersea.

Airtable Consultant

We're seeking an experienced Airtable Consultant to help our client's Media & Entertainment teams work faster and more efficiently through the design and optimisation of Airtable dashboards, views, and interfaces. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance existing workflows, implement new features, and ensure Airtable solutions align with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents and enhancement requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot data sync, automations, interfaces, and field configuration issues.
• Build and maintain fields, tables, dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Lead new Airtable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Resolve complex cases involving the API, SAML / SSO, SCIM, scripting, and third-party integrations.
• Act as an escalation point for advanced issues and guide best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven hands‑on experience in Airtable design, development, and optimisation (Ideally 3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of workflows, formulas, linked tables, automations, and interfaces.
