Job description

Undertake Air Tightness Testing (Blower Door method) in social housing properties in-line with the current ATTMA standard.

Ensure accuracy of data and high quality of reports, including taking measurements and photographs.

Essential:

• Able to demonstrate solid basic mathematical abilities to accurately measure buildings.
• Full driver's license.
• Willingness to work away from home often.
• Presentable and a good communicator.

Preferable:

• Qualified Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Elmhurst or ATTMA Accredited.
• A good level of secondary education as a minimum.
• Fully expensed company vehicle/fuel card.
• Work away from home payment of £37/night.
• Smart Health/digital GP service.
• Permanent additional day’s annual leave for 5, 10 & 15 years - MSS.
• For the year only – additional day’s annual leave for 10, 20, 30, 40 & 50 years - RSK.
