Level of Experience: Trainee Air Hygiene / Ventilation Engineer through to Lead Air Hygiene / Ventilation Engineer

Profile: Our client is a well established ventilation company who specialises with AHU / ventilation systems. They are currently seeking an experienced and driven air hygiene or ventilation engineer who is looking to branch out into clean air and undertake LEV / P601 training based in the Manchester area. The ideal candidate will hold extensive experience within the air hygiene / ventilation industry, working on a mixed portfolio of sites and building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.

Experience & Qualifications

The Role

• Undertaking Air Handling Unit maintenances and ventilation cleans.
• Undertaking cleaning and disinfections of duct works.
• Testing, inspecting, ducting and remedial work of fire dampers.
• Undertaking local exhaust ventilation (LEV) testing, validations and maintenance on a varied site base.
• Undertaking testing of emissions, reviewing and approving assessments.
• Providing client with detailed reports using information from sites.
• Undertaking fume cupboard examinations and clean room validations.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out in line with relevant Heath & Safety legislation.
• Visiting sites in line with company needs and dealing with any problems effectively.
• Building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.
