Air Export Operations

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Air Export Operative to join our client based at London Heathrow. The role is responsible for coordinating air export shipments and managing customs processes in line with customer requirements, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.

Air Export Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage air export shipments in accordance with customer requirements
• Issue and manage MAWB and HAWB documentation
• Prepare and submit customs documentation, including export declarations, export licences, and CITES where required
• Communicate effectively with customers, airlines, and internal teams to provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues
• Support other members of the export team to ensure efficient and seamless operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping files and records
• Liaise professionally with airlines to meet operational requirements and monitor schedules and shipment status
• Ensure all quality control procedures are followed, maintained, and kept up to date
