Your responsibilities

Define our go-to-market approach for AI and Agentic AI solutions. Shape transformative solutions with customers—optimizing workflows, solving complex business problems, and enabling business model innovation. Lead initial delivery phases to establish technical excellence and set engagements up for long-term success.

You bring

• Hands-on AI expertise in AI Engineering, Agentic AI, or Data Science—you can architect solutions and review code
• Executive presence with technical depth – comfortable engaging C-suite and leading technical teams in the trenches
• Team leadership – coaching and mentoring engineers while driving delivery excellence
• FSI domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Banking or Insurance, with depth in at least one sub-vertical
• Commercial acumen – structuring win-win-win engagements for customers, partners, and Intellias
