AI Solution Architect

Whitehall Resources are looking for a AI Solution Architect. This role is hybrid working with 3 days per week onsite in Wokingham and the remainder remote working, for an initial 6 month contract.

Job Description:

• Design a comprehensive AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI to capture and analyse stakeholder sentiment and feedback from multiple data sources, including emails, meeting recordings, consultation responses, and survey feedback.
• Develop a scalable architecture that supports the integration of various data sources such as Salesforce, BI scores, CSAT scores, media coverage, and meeting notes.

Data Capture and Storage:

• Implement automatic and manual data capture mechanisms to store data centrally.
• Ensure data storage solutions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and enable traceability for auditing purposes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize AI tools to analyze themes and sentiments from the captured data.
• Develop user-triggered synthesis reports and dashboards that provide insights into stakeholder sentiment and health indicators.
• Implement search and filtering capabilities for data synthesis and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools to display data and insights for stakeholder groups and use cases.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
